Lodge Jergie is a very easily fleshed cow that passes this quality on to her progeny. She has sold bulls to a top of 4600gns for Lodge Sooty, and a number of her daughters are retained in the herd. She has a tremendous nature, so much so that she has often been used as a pony for Christina, our daughter (see picture below). She was sold at the Lodge Production sale on the 18th November for 3800gns with a lovely Ronick Urinocco heifer calf at foot born on the 23rd August 2006 called Lodge Brownie.
